Bluebonnet Moon

I knew the moon was rising just before sunset. I wanted to capture the moon in the background with a field of bluebonnets in the foreground. The right type of field kept eluding me, but I found this one. I had to lay on my stomach to get the shot. I took the shot of the field first, then zoomed to take the shot of the moon. I then merged the two shots together to form this photo which represents what I saw.

The photo was taken along SH-109 just north of Industry, Texas.
