Then enter bracket [ then IMG then ]  followed by the link to your image in this case http://www.pbase.com/richo/image/40408824/medium.jpg  then bracket [ then slash / then IMG then closing bracket ] Be sure your link ends with a valid image extension like .jpg You can also use the html img tag just post a link to the image.
