When I started my "wildflower hunting", it seemed like no year was a "good year" for the veterans. However, I always found some good spots and even at time some great spots.

I wish every year in the hill country was like last year, but that is not likely to happen (unless we start getting El Ninos every year).

I have a friend who grew up south of San Antonio...she remembers seeing many bluebonnet fields when she was young...to her and her family it was just another March when the fields would fill with bluebonnets.
