| General Guidelines |

This is not a public system but is privately own and operated. Certain areas, content, features and activities are limited to members according to the membership level. WildflowerHaven and WildflowerHaven Community are a nature tourism services of EquipU, LLC. EquipU, LLC is the owner and provider of this service. |
| General Goal |
The goal of WildflowerHaven Community is to provide a friendly, family oriented community where individuals can enjoy learning and sharing openly without fear of personal attack or disruptive activity. WildflowerHaven Community seeks to encourage the open sharing, teaching and learning concerning nature and particularly wildflowers. |
| Open to all |
WildflowerHaven Community seeks to provide this membership environment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender or age unless such membership is not allowed by the laws prevailing in the place of residence of the person seeking membership. To this end individuals considered to be ""minors under the law"" in the place of residence of the person seeking membership may not join without permission of a parent or legal guardian.

| Respect for the person |
WildflowerHaven Community seeks to build up the respect that individuals have for themselves and others through learning, sharing and caring. We welcome those who share the same goals. We expect all members whether guests or registered members to have respect for each other and to treat each other in a caring and loving manner. Open debate and discussion are a normal part of the learning process, but personal attacks whether they be direct or indirect serve no value and will not be tolerated in any area or activity of WildflowerHaven Community.

| Right to restrict or deny |
To achieve this goal WildflowerHaven Community and its owners reserve the right to deny access to those individuals who violate the rules of membership, general guidelines or seek to work against the stated goal of WildflowerHaven Community.

| Right to remove content |
WildflowerHaven Community and its owners or delegated representatives reserve the right to delete, edit or deny posting of information that it deems not to be in compliances with the rules, guidelines, or general goals of WildflowerHaven Community.

| Right To Privacy |
Members are expected to respect the right to privacy of each individual using WildflowerHaven Community. Attempts to violate the privacy of members for any purpose is not allowed. Where such attempts are governed by laws of the land, WildflowerHaven Community will work with legal authorities to help in the identification and arrest of individuals who violate such laws.

| Right to Security |
Members must not share passwords. Attempts to ""hack"" into WildflowerHaven Community either covertly or indirectly or violate the security of WildflowerHaven Community are illegal.

Be polite, courteous, respectful and caring. Personal attacks whether direct or indirect will not be tolerated this includes flames, attacks, verbal attacks, threats via emails, While active and constructive debate/discussion is encouraged, messages posted for the sheer purpose of inciting ""riot"", abusive or ""troll"" like activity will be deleted.

No SPAM or SPAM activities are permitted this includes collecting email addresses of members without their permission for the purpose of directed advertising through unsolicited emails. Please do not include personal contact information in posts including email addresses. Personal information in emails will be removed.

No Pornography, Nudity,
erotic, suggestive or
offensive content. |
This is a ""family"" oriented system and as such linking to sites, content or images that is/are pornographic, erotic, suggestive or offensive is not allowed. Linking to glamour nude, semi-nude, suggestive or classic nude images is not allowed.

The posting of content to which the poster does not own the copyright or the content is illegal is not allowed. |
| Ownership |
The poster, author or contributor of any content in the forums or in other areas of WildflowerHaven Community must be the owner of the copyright of that information and/or the posting of that information must be in accordance with the copyright laws of the United States and the laws in effect in the place of residence of the member.
The definition of Information/content extends to text, images and media.
Posting of information/content owned by the member on WildflowerHaven Community gives WildflowerHaven Community and EquipU LLC implied permission to display that information in the area where the member posted the information/content.
WildflowerHaven Community may reference and link to the information/content in the area where the information/content was posted, but will not republish or redistribute that information/content without the permission of the member/person who owns the copyright. Reports of wildflower sightings may be used and compiled in other publications published by EquipU, LLC.
Content posted in the forums or others areas are the opinions of the author/poster and not necessarily shared by EquipU LLC. Neither WildflowerHaven Community nor its owners or delegated representatives are legally responsible for anything posted on these forums.

| Embedding images |
Please limit the size of images embedded to no more than 800x600 or 600x800 and no more than 200k. This is to prevent some threads becoming to difficult to display for those members who must access WildflowerHaven Community via a slower connection to the Internet. Please note the restriction above on the types of images that may be embedded.

| Advertising - Classified Ads |
Commercial advertising and posting of classified ads are only allowed in accordance with certain membership levels. Guests and non-paying registered members are not allow to post advertisements or classified ads of any nature or links to such ads except as might be provided for in special areas designated for that purpose. |
